How To Make Roti

Ingredients

4 mugs of flour
Pinch of salt
200g Rama
2/4 Cup oil

Directions

In a bowl add flour and pinch of salt
In a Small microwavable bowl add butter and oil, melt in a microwave
Add the butter and oil mixture to the dry ingredients



















Once all crumbled, add boiling water to your consistency
Kneed the dough



















Heat up your pan, butter it lightly and add your first round dough
Turn over when golden brown
